ANZO appoints acting CEO until new CEO appointee in place

June 24, 2010

AMP NZ Office Trust (ANZO) announced today that ANZO’s Chief Financial Officer, Amish Vallabh, is taking on the role of Acting CEO of ANZO from 1 July 2010 until the date the official appointee to the Chief Executive position begins tenure.

Current CEO, Robert Lang leaves the Trust on 30 June 2010.

Good progress is being made by the Board on recruiting a suitable candidate to the role and an announcement of the new Chief Executive is expected to be made before the end of the September quarter.

The Board advised in late May that the proposed implementation date for the strategic review of its corporate governance and management fee structures has been deferred by two months. The review will culminate in a series of changes to be proposed to unit-holders at a unit-holder meeting in late August with a proposed effective date of 1 September 2010.
