ANZO unit buy-back offer record date todayFebruary 20, 2004 AMP NZ Office Trust, (ANZO) has confirmed that today is the record date for its offer to buy-back one in seven units from unit-holders at a buy-back price of $0.87. The unit buy-back information document will be mailed to all eligible unit-holders on Wednesday 25 February 2004. ANZO understands that each of Ronin Property NZ Limited and the AMP Property Securities Fund, who hold 30% and 26% of ANZO units respectively, intend to accept the buy-back offer for at least their pro-rata share.
