PWC Tower Continues to Attract International Tenants

AMP NZ Office Trust (ANZO) announced today it has leased a further floor of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower (PWC Tower) rapidly taking shape on the Auckland waterfront.

Servcorp, an International Serviced Offices Company operating in Australia, Japan, Europe and South East Asia has signed a Lease for Level 27 of the building, comprising 1345m"

“In terms of net lettable area the PWC Tower is now 59% pre-committed with two more leases close to finalisation. In terms of projected rental income the tower is now over 60% pre-committed,” says Murray Jordan.
