Scott Pritchard, MMgt
Chief Executive
Scott joined ANZO as chief executive in September 2010.
His previous experience includes a series of property roles with NZX-listed Auckland International Airport, Urbus Properties, ING Property Trust and Macquarie Goodman Property Trust (now Goodman Property Trust), where he was most recently fund manager, setting strategy in conjunction with the chief executive and interacting with investors, analysts and the board.
Scott holds a Masters in Business Management from Massey University. He is a director of the New Zealand Green Building Council and is also a member of the Property Council’s investment committee.
George Crawford, BSc (Hons), Chartered Accountant
Chief Financial Officer
George joined ANZO in early 2011. As chief financial officer, he is responsible for the financial and management reporting, cash flow management and taxation compliance functions for ANZO.
George gained experience with a large accountancy firm in the United Kingdom before moving to New Zealand and worked in roles with Fonterra and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He joined Goodman Property Trust initially as finance manager for developments, then as general manager - finance and finally as chief financial officer. He had a key role in a number of capital-raising projects and also Goodman's re-financing in response to the global financial crisis.
He is an INFINZ Certified Treasury Professional.
Peter Walkinshaw, BCom
General Manager, Operations
Peter was appointed to the newly-created position of Portfolio Manager – Commercial in 2009. In 2011, he was appointed General Manager, Operations, focusing on the operational performance of the ANZO portfolio, including the redevelopment of the ANZ Centre.
Prior to joining ANZO, Peter was Manager Group Property Assets for British Airways – a position he held since 2004. He was a senior manager and member of British Airways’ property leadership team, responsible for leading the negotiation and delivery of all substantial property transactions including the delivery of British Airways’ Heathrow Terminal 5 commercial occupancy strategy.
His experience also spans estates and asset management, valuation, funding and balance sheet treatment of BA’s property, and compliance with accounting regulations, audit requirements and corporate legislation.
Peter is a registered valuer with a Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management) and a
Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce Subjects from Lincoln University. He has over 15 years of
professional experience, predominantly within a FTSE 100 company.
Andrew Stringer, BProp
General Manager, Property
Andrew joined ANZO in 2011 and has considerable depth of expertise in the commercial real estate sector, incorporating valuation, development, acquisition and funds management responsibilities. Andrew’s senior management roles include, most recently, National Director of Valuation & Advisory Services for Colliers International. Prior to that Andrew was General Manager of Landco Land Developments, one of New Zealand’s largest private development companies, and Manager - Projects and Acquisitions for Kiwi Income Property Trust, with direct involvement in the development of New Zealand’s largest and most successful regional shopping centre, Sylvia Park. He was also previously Senior Director at CB Richard Ellis Valuation and Advisory Services until 2003.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Property Degree from the University of Auckland and is a Registered Valuer.
Trevor Wairepo, LLB, BA
General Counsel and Company Secretary
Trevor was appointed to this role in 2011. He has previously worked in the United Kingdom for nine years with international US firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and prior to that, with international UK firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Most recently, Trevor was senior legal counsel with Meridian Energy, based in Christchurch.
Trevor has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate both in NZ and the UK. He has advised various listed and unlisted real estate funds on individual and portfolio acquisitions, disposals, financings, securitisations, development projects and leasing transactions. He has also led legal teams that were short-listed for Real Estate Team of the Year awards.
Trevor is a Chartered Company Secretary, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and a UK and NZ qualified solicitor.
