This is enhanced by active management of the property portfolio and a specific focus on generating earnings and distributing them to investors.

The quality of our assets minimises the risk of building obsolescence and the need for significant capital expenditure on maintenance.

Rental income is high, predictable and assured through long-term leases and more than 190 mostly national and international blue-chip tenants. The quality of accommodation we provide limits the risk of vacancies and maximises the continuity of lease income.

Our listing on the NZX gives you the option of buying or selling ANZO units, as and when you wish, through your broker. It is a simple, easily-understood and flexible investment. Transaction costs are comparatively low.

Our expertise

ANZO is managed by AMP Haumi Management Limited, a joint venture between AMP Capital and Haumi, a New Zealand subsidiary of a major international institutional investor.

As a result, ANZO benefits from the manager’s local and international property funds management expertise, which includes access to capital management and strategy expertise in particular.

The combined funds under management of the two joint venture parties exceeds $10 billion, and their key executives have considerable expertise in asset management, capital transactions, capital management and development.
