Investor returns
Since 2004, ANZO has distributed its dividends to unit-holders every quarter. Investors receive their returns by cheque or direct credit to their nominated bank account. Distribution Reserve AccountANZO operates a distribution reserve account to provide greater consistency of distributions to investors and underpin targeted growth in distributions. In times when returns are high, ANZO allocates a proportion of its earnings to this account, allowing distributions to investors to be maintained through any unforeseen short-term dips in cashflow in future. |
