Zurich General Insurance takes naming rights for 21 Queen St

April 4, 2011

Zurich General Insurance has taken naming rights for ANZO's 21 Queen Street property, which will be known as Zurich House.

Zurich will be moving to the premises in late August 2011, bringing together all lines of business that are currently spread across three separate sites in Auckland. Zurich will continue to have a presence in Wellington and Christchurch.

Zurich has leased a total of 1,111 sqm on the top level (Level 17) and part of Level 16, on a six-and-a-half year term. This means the building is now approximately 63 percent leased, with only five full floors remaining.
