Key ANZO executive appointments

AMP Haumi Management Limited (AHML), the Manager of AMP NZ Office Limited (ANZO), announces three key executive appointments. The appointments are:

Andrew Stringer - General Manager, Property
Peter Walkinshaw - General Manager, Operations
Trevor Wairepo - General Counsel and Company Secretary

Andrew Stringer has previously held senior executive roles within the property industry and has a deep understanding of property investment markets.

Peter Walkinshaw will transition from his current role with ANZO as Portfolio Manager to focus on the operational performance of the portfolio, including the redevelopment of the ANZ Centre.

Trevor Wairepo has previously worked in the United Kingdom for nine years and more recently in an in-house senior legal counsel role with Meridian Energy, based in Christchurch.

ANZO Chief Executive Scott Pritchard said the appointments follow a review of resourcing requirements and reflect the commitment of the Manager to maximise investment returns for ANZO shareholders.
