ANZO confirms move to Auckland

August 26, 2010

Following the appointment of Scott Pritchard to the role of Chief Executive of the Trust, the Board of AMP NZ Office Trust (ANZO) has confirmed the relocation of the Trust’s key management roles to Auckland.

ANZO’s key management roles, including its Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officer and Portfolio Manager, are currently based in Wellington but will move to Auckland premises.

Chief Financial Officer, Amish Vallabh, who is currently acting chief executive of ANZO, has elected not to relocate for personal reasons. As a result, the Board will be undertaking a recruitment process to find a replacement chief financial officer. Amish will remain with ANZO for the time it takes to assist with identifying and securing a suitable replacement.

The Board is grateful to Amish for his contribution over the past six years with ANZO.

ANZO is managed by AMP Haumi Management Limited.
